Fantasy Game

We came up with a fantasy game. We send out an email to every employee of the company, asking them to choose an option mindfully. This decision depended on what they would receive at the end of the game.

The situation is as follows: “Imagine waking up tomorrow after a good night’s sleep. You stretch, look around, and feel a little weird... Suddenly, you realize you’re not in your bed! You are... on a beautiful beach on a very small island. You find a sealed box. Take a deep breath. What would you like to be in the box right now?

The employees have to pick one option that most accurately describes their desire. A carefully curated gift has been prepared for each option, but they do not know what the gift will be when they select their choice.

I can’t live without coffee!
(Then you will receive a coffee machine.)

I cannot imagine my life without reading!
(A Kindle will solve that problem.)

The first thing that comes to my mind is exploring.
(We got you a backpack that is perfect for that.)

I wish for a drink!
(We have carefully selected a box of craft beers just for you!)

This was a story-based game we have already executed, and we can create the same or other custom-made fantasy games for your company. Get in touch with us!
